PCANZ is a member run, national, non profit organisation that promotes contemporary fine art printmaking.
Through workshops, exhibitions, collaborations and exchanges between members and national and international associations, we foster a greater appreciation of printmaking among our members and the wider community.
New Series Small Print 2024 - Call out for new round
It's time to get your prints ready for the next 2024/2025 round of Small Print, an unselected exhibition that travels throughout Aotearoa and has done so for 11 years now.
All PCANZ members are invited to send in work for the new round. There are at least 10 months of exhibitions a year, starting at Takaka’s Art Vault Gallery in May. More galleries are being finalised. Entries close 22 April 2024.
Opportunity at Tennyson Gallery Napier, April 2024
To start the year off, we have an exciting opportunity for members to have work offered for sale at Tennyson Gallery in Napier. Tennyson Gallery is a privately owned gallery in a very prominent position in the heart of Napier City. This opportunity will take place from 9 – 30 April 2024 and is limited to the first 30 registrations of interest. Members have been invited to submit expressions of commitment in reply to the email sent out 2 February.

8 to 12 January 2024 at Queen Margaret College Wellington

Wellington turned on some amazing weather and Queen Margaret College made us feel extremely welcome with wonderful facilities, food and support. It was an exciting, immersive week of printmaking and connecting with printmakers from around the country. All the workshops were well subscribed and very energising and informative. A resounding success, thank you to the wonderful tutors, participants and organisers.
