Printing society based in the Heritage Park in Christchurch. New members and enquiries welcome. Established in 1973 with support from the local printing businesses in Christchurch. The majority of items and equipment have been, and continue to be donated to the Printing Society. Although there are some static museum-style displays, a large amount of printing equipment has been restored and is used weekly by members of our society which has seen an increased number of younger members joining for a nominal fee and learning and enjoying the pleasures experienced with applying ink to paper. The Society continues to be a highlight for visitors to the Heritage Park in Christchurch which has survived major earthquakes 2010-2011 and is enjoyed by visitors from NZ and around the world (pre-COVID-19).
