The Woodcut Workshop held at EIT Print Studio, Taradale, involved a road roller to print gigantic composite prints. The theme for the prints was the journey to the workshop. Two large collaborative prints each involved 9 printmakers, each carving an A3 section from the photos of the Napier Earthquake and Pania of the Reef Statue. The weather was so hot it was difficult to keep the ink from drying before the road roller could press the print.
