Project Proposals for PCANZ

Print Council Aotearoa New Zealand (PCANZ) welcomes proposals from members who would like to take a turn to organise a printmaking project, exhibition or other activity that other members can get involved with.

Printmaking projects and exhibitions are an important part of what we offer members and a wonderful collaborative way for members to engage with each other and learn new processes and techniques.

Some of the projects we have run in the past include ABC Bestiary book project, Print Exchanges, Pen Pal Postcard project, and more. Check out the events and exhibitions listings under the Archives section of the PCANZ website.

We would love to hear about your exciting project idea, so please fill in the form below with details for the PCANZ executive's consideration. We know we have many members with great ideas and skills!

Proposals will be considered at the next available monthly executive meeting and the project organiser will be notified thereafter. Any queries, please email events@printcouncil.nz

Things to consider before you fill in the form, if you have an idea you want to share:

  • who will organise the project and do you/they have the skills to do so?

  • are you a current PCANZ member (proposals only accepted from current members)

  • project outcome (for participants)

  • what resources will be required - personnel, technology, materials

  • project costs - time, money

  • how does you project fit PCANZ purpose - mission / vision / values?
